Order​

My Kimono is a brand of loungewear and accessories for women and men based in Marbella, Spain. The brand My Kimono offers its products for sale on its website www.mykimonobysaga.com.

Yes, you need to create an account to place an order on our website. This account will allow you to check the status of your order and your purchase history.

You can easily find the right size for you by consulting the size guide associated with each item. Our products are also easily adjustable.

If you have not received an order confirmation email, it may be in your spam/junk mail. If you still haven't received a confirmation email, please contact us through the contact form on our website or at info@mykimonobysaga.com

You can change your address within 2 hours of placing your order by sending an email to info@mykimonobysaga.com. Please note that our customer service can only change it if your order has not yet been shipped.



Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your order. We try to process your order as quickly as possible so that we can ship it to you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, it can happen that you receive an item with the wrong size or color. We apologize for this. In this case, you can return the item free of charge. First, contact our customer service at info@mykimonobysaga.com - they will send you a return label and suggest the carrier to use for your return.

We do our best to maintain a constant supply of our items. However, the success of some items can quickly lead to a stockout. In this case, you can enter your email address on the product page to be notified when the item is back in stock, or contact our customer service.

What should I do if I have received a damaged item?

Unfortunately, it can happen that your package/order is damaged during shipping. In this case, you can contact our customer service directly by e-mail at info@mykimonobysaga.com enclosing pictures of the problem. Our customer service will deal with your message as soon as possible and find a solution together with you.

Payment

The payment of the purchases is carried out with your choice through our banking partner, Stripe, by means of various types of bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ...

The payment is then made on the Stripe website, which means that no banking information passes through our site.

You can pay online with confidence by entering your credit card number, expiration date and the security code on the back of your card in the spaces provided. The order is confirmed for My Kimono as soon as Stripe confirms receipt of your payment.

Your credit card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never transmitted in clear text over the network. The payment is made directly to the bank. We do not have access to these data’s, and do not keep them on our servers. 

At your discretion, it is nevertheless possible for you, thanks to the technology of the "tokens" of payment, to re-use this same card at the time of a next order, if you check the box "Keep my data’s ". 

Can I receive an invoice for my purchases?

As soon as you place an order on our website, an order confirmation document as well as an invoice is directly sent to you by e-mail. 


 Deliveries

What country do you deliver to?

My Kimono delivers the items through the supplier you have chosen among those proposed at the time of placing the order, within the operational, commercial and other limits of the selected supplier (including, but not limited to, the countries served).

The means of delivery and carriers offered will be mentioned to you at the time of placing the order. You will then have the choice of the carrier and the price that suits you best.

For non-customized items, we ship the order within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. If the items are personalized, the delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipping costs are calculated when you place your order. You can then choose the carrier and the rate that suits you best.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from the carrier.

You can change your delivery address within 2 hours of placing your order by sending an email to info@mykimonobysaga.com. Please note that our customer service can only change it if your order has not yet been shipped.


Yes, it is possible to have your package delivered to a pick-up point. You can select this option when choosing the delivery method.


The carrier will send you an e-mail as soon as your package is on its way after leaving our warehouse. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, it is the carrier who is able to make any changes or add any details about your delivery location.



For all deliveries outside the Schengen area, the packages are subject to a customs clearance procedure which is totally out of our control and which varies according to 

- the country of origin
 - the value of the goods, including shipping costs 
- the quantity

Each country has its own customs laws, and the duties applicable to the goods and their value are defined locally. 


Please note that in the case of refusal of the parcel on arrival, you remain liable for the customs fees, as you have requested delivery and accepted the GTC.

 Returns

What if I am missing an item or received the wrong item?

Unfortunately, it can happen that you receive an item of the wrong size or color. We are sorry for this. In this case, you can return the item free of charge. First, contact our customer service at info@mykimonobysaga.com - they will send you a return slip and suggest the carrier to use to make your return.

To make a return, you must download your return form on the website, print it, fill it in and put it in your return package so that it is valid and well identified. You will then be able to send back your package via the carrier of your choice, taking the return costs at your charge.

You are responsible for the proper disposition of the return of your items until they are received by My Kimono. Any item (including the packaging box) that is damaged, not complete, or personalized cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

Please note that only non-personalized products can be returned.

 Product

The composition of a kimono is 97% polyester and 3% elastane, which makes this product very soft, very light and also very comfortable to wear.

What are the washing instructions for the kimono?



We recommend that you wash the kimono inside out at 20 degrees maximum, with a light spin. It is best to wash it with the same color items. Machine drying is allowed at low heat. However, we do not recommend it to guarantee the quality of your kimono and its embroidery.

You can iron your kimono on the delicate mode and inside out. In case your kimono is customized, please do not iron the embroidery to keep it intact.

 Personalization

What if my embroidery is not correct or is defective?



We are sorry about that. Please send an e-mail to info@mykimonobysaga.com indicating what is missing or wrong. Our customer service department will then work with you to find a quick solution.

The writing used for the embroidery is a script writing, which gives a very elegant and refined look.

All available embroidery colors are mentioned during the customization of your kimono. We offer a wide range of colors including light blue, off-white, champagne, powder pink, pastel pink, gold, silver, chocolate, paprika, black, emerald green and water green.
