Deliveries and returns


My Kimono ships items through the supplier chosen by the customer from among those offered at the time of placing the order, within the operational, commercial and other limits of the selected supplier (including, but not limited to, the countries served).
For non-personalized items, My Kimono ships the order within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. If the items are personalized, the delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after receipt of payment. The order will be delivered to the delivery address that you will have defined at the time of the order. 

Please note that customs and local duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery is free in Continental Spain.


If a product does not meet your expectations, or the size does not fit, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer fills in the return form included in the package and must send the package with tracking to the seller's headquarters:

Items on sale cannot be exchanged. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

You must download your return form on the website, print it, fill it in and put it in your return package so that it is valid and well identified. You will then be able to send back your package through the carrier of your choice, taking the return costs at your charge.

You are responsible for the proper disposal of your items until they are received by My Kimono. Any item (including the packing box and thank you card) that is damaged, incomplete, or personalized cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

All returns must comply with the following:

1. Product is complete, unused, unworn, and unwashed
2. The original tags are attached to the product

3. The product must be returned in its complete original packaging (box, tissue paper and thank you card)
